Where are you located?

We are conveniently located at 180 Glastonbury Boulevard in Glastonbury, CT. Our office is in Suite 104, located on the first floor, and is immediately on the right after you enter the main entrance (facing the courtyard).

Do I have to come to your office? What are my options?

We want your appointment to be as convenient as possible. Jeff is happy to come to you if that is preferred, and appointments over the phone are always possible.

I think I need to take money out of my IRAs because I'm now 70 1/2. What do I do?

As you near age 70.5 we will contact you with your required minimum distribution and how you should withdraw that amount. At any time, if you want to make sure you understand the process, feel free to discuss your RMDs with Jeff at your next meeting or talk to Rachael Allderige at (860) 657-3000 ext. 207

How can I reduce the mail that I receive from all of these companies?

Between statements, trade confirmations, and legal requirements, we are all bombarded with a tremendous amount of mail. Many, but not all, companies offer opportunities to receive this correspondence electronically. If you are interested in signing up for e-Delivery, find the relevant company and follow the directions HERE.

 
How do I get a copy of a tax document that I need to prepare my taxes?

Most tax documents are sent directly from the product companies to you in January or February. If you can’t find a document, please contact Rachael Allderige at (860) 657-3000 ext. 207.

 
What if I have questions about Medicare options?

We can help you understand the basics of Medicare and your options. We also have a strong relationship with a health insurance broker with decades of experience who will be able to satisfy all of your Medicare needs.
