Rachael Allderige is our client relations manager and oversees the processing of client paperwork. Devin Buckley is the point of contact for our money management program. Devin joined our firm in 1997 as a part-time intern at our office while still in high school. His rich history with our firm makes Devin skillful at nearly any office task. His many passions include fine food and wine, cars, exploring real estate, and the outdoors. He particularly enjoys year-round trips to Martha’s Vineyard with his family. Devin lives in Kensington with his wife and two boys. Sandy Sullivan recently joined our team as a part-time receptionist. She brings several years’ worth of experience working in Human Resources, and Corporate Training. She has excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. Outside of work, Sandy loves interior decorating, traveling, yoga and the beach. Colette Weber has worked for our firm since 1987 when its roots were in Hartford. She spent much of her career as the executive assistant to our founder as well as in several managerial positions for our busy office. More recently, Colette has assumed bookkeeping and office manager duties. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Worcester State University and brings a colorful work history that includes many years creating live play-by-play summaries for the NHL’s Hartford Whalers. Previous to joining First Financial, Colette also worked Community Relations for the Boston Celtics’ former minor league team, the Bay State Bombardiers.
